This multi-phased project involved the complete renovation of a 1950’s Skidmore Owings & Merrill building, an existing 3-story 65,680 GSF residence, dining hall, servery and associated kitchen. The scope also included an entirely new curtain wall, green roof, accessible courtyard, elevators, and code-related improvements. The construction cost was $23 million and the project achieved LEED “Silver” Certification.
